<p>Can you apply to as many schools as you want under Early Decisions II? Secondly, are your chances lower of being accepted to a school that doesn’t require an SAT or ACT score as opposed to applicants who submit their scores anyways? I’m applying to American University, Bates, and my dream school Bowdoin. </p>
