Early grad hs, local university, and then transfer to Georgetown soph year

My issue: will it be harder to get into Georegtown University if I transfer sophomore year?

So, I am going to be a junior in high school, and I want to graduate early as in 2012 not 2013. I made the decision at the end of the school year to not graduate early, but now I reall want to graduate this year. My parents don’t want me to stay in a dorm because I’ll only be 17. So that means I have to find a college close to home so I can live at home. There’s no way I’m going to a community college if I graduate early so I am looking at Grive City College an Westminster College (Pittsburgh area).

My DREAM: graduate from high school in 2012, attend Georegtown University, major in Economics and International Studies/Relations, go to grad school, get a job with the government, move to London.

If I graduate early, will it affect my admission? Will I not be able to get scholarships?

Will I have a better chance getting into georegetown if i go to Grove City or Westminster for my freshman year of college and then transfer to Georegtown?

Do colleges look down upon early grads from hs? I have all of the requirements, 4 years math, 4 years English, 4 years history, 3 years Spanish, 3 years science, plus electives.

I’d have to take the act and sat (again).

Sat: 1620/2400
Gpa: 3.95 (will increase with 4 full weighted classes and 3 half weighted)
Rank: 30/550, but I will be thrown in with the senior class so it’ll go up to 100 (weighted classes start junior year)
Activities: varsity lacrosse, key club, girl scouts, sadd

You know that if you go into the foreign service, you can’t necessarily pick and choose your assignments, right? You likely wouldn’t get assigned to London straight out of the box.
