Early School not registering info?

I am certain my counselor sent my transcript, recs, and school report. But when I checked the portal, it says the only thing received is my common app. (Also my tests scores are said to have been received) Is there lag in the system where this information will appear in a couple days?

Is this something I should be worried about?

There is often a lag in the system as it takes time for stuff to be input.

For items on CommonApp, it first depends on when the school download the data. Then, it depends on how fast the school update their portal.
