Ea's Done!!! Now Lets Gather And Celeb!rate For The Time Being

Ah. Or do you mean only the FIRST paragraph of each essay? In that case it would all become clear… (Please tell me that’s what you meant)

Yeah only the first paragraph didn’t get indented.

Is it weird that I could indent? I copy and pasted from Word too, but everything showed up fine.

I did option 4 as a play, so I didn’t need any indents.

I really like how mine turned out, though. It’s a string of intellectual jokes, inside Chicago tradition allusions, and general nerdy goodness. I kind of found a loophole in the superpower thing, though- a lot of my characters are gods, but I figure since their power is inherent to their character, it’s not really “super.” I think they’ll forgive me. Actually, they’d better.

:( my essay seems really boring compared to all these sample sentences I’ve read.

tdn-- Don’t worry, If your essay reflects you it won’t be boring to admissions. They don’t have to be entertained, they just need to hear you.

^ That just made a belated wave of relief crash over me.

I am very good at sounding like me.

^_^

Uh oh! I’m inherently a boring person!

^ No you aren’t. You are full of azn pwn4ge and we love you.

^_^

D submitted her app several days before the due date. Did the story prompt, now she’s doing the NaNoWriMo thing, too.

What is this NaNoWriMo “thing” of which you speak?

^ Daenerys as in Dany as in the Queen Across the Water?!

NaNoWriMo = National Novel Writing Month. The premise is write 50k words in the month of November. I did it once a couple years ago and haven’t attempted it since, but seeing 80 pages in 8pt Verdana at the end of the ordeal was simply amazing for me.

You guess rightly, thricedotted. I am, as it turns out, the true heiress to the Throne.

And that National Novel Writing Month sounds interesting!

I sent in my EA application the day before it was due.

Here’s to getting in! I wrote on the My Table prompt…doesn’t seem to be a terribly popular choice here, but it was a lot of fun to write. =)
