Easier to transfer to UNC then NC State?

<p>NCSU:
Number of transfers who applied for fall term: 3,766
Number of transfers who were admitted for fall term: 1,410</p>

<p>I plan on applying to NC state school of engineering… I only have 3.28 GPA… doesnt look like I have much of a chance does it?</p>

<p>Are you an in state or out of state student? The admissions rate is higher for in state students than it is for out of state students.</p>

<p>UNC is one of the few state schools that doesn’t take residential status into consideration.</p>
