Easiest engineering major/closest to a pure science?

Hear me out–I’m not trying to breeze through college.

I’m currently enrolled in the SSOE, but am not sure I will enjoy the specifically engineering focused portions of it (ironic, right?). Anyway, considering that I want to stay in the school, which major is the closest to a pure science like chem/bio/phys–that is, which has the lowest engineering:pure science course ratio–and, if all of them are similar, which is the easiest?

If you want to study science, switch to science. There is no engineering major that is like pure science.

For scholarship reasons, I won’t be able to.

How much is the scholarship? I have an acquaintance who was majoring in ChemE but intending to go pre-vet. She didn’t want to switch because she was getting an engineering scholarship. But in the end, engineering was such a bad fit for her goals that she switched. If you’re going to be miserable the scholarship may not be worth it. It’s a damn hard major even if you like it.

BioE - check out the curriculum online - there’s a 4 yr common core which is alot alot of science.

Well, it’s full scholarship, so I’m definitely majoring in engineering. I’m leaning toward Engineering Physics at the moment, but I’ll check out BioE. Thanks.
