Easiest Top University To Get Into?

Obviously, none of the best universities in the world are easy to get into. If they were, they wouldn’t be the best!! I was just wondering if anyone knew which of the best American universities (I’m talking Ivies, MIT, Stanford or any of the top 15 schools in the US News and World Report rankings) are the ‘easiest’ to get into (if you have like 50th percentile stats)

WUSTL according to US News & World Report

Although you really can’t tell which is the easiest because at this level, admissions can be a little random, the two easiest based on acceptance rate and standardized test scores would probably be Johns Hopkins ( SAT range- 1950-2250, acceptance rate- 21%) or Cornell (SAT- 1940-2230 rate- 18%). However, if you want to go to one of these colleges just because some website says they are the top 15, you are making a mistake. Websites like these do not agree on rankings and miss a lot of great liberal arts schools

@TheApollo: Yeah I’ve heard that too. I guess most of the US’ top students use that as a safety.

@comilov: Wow. Thanks for those stats because I probably wouldn’t have believed you. Thats weird. Cornell and JHU. And it’s not that I have anything against liberal arts schools, it’s just that my intended majors (biomedical engineering, engineering, pre-law, etc.) aren’t really a liberal arts thing.

check out websites like college ******* dot com. it has the stats for every university so you can see how you compare

wow it doesnt show it. the blanked out word is growler but starts with a “p”

Cornell if you have a guaranteed transfer.

I tried college…“growler” lol. it was interesting. thanks!
