<p>USC is a reach for you. your SAT is below 2000 and your UW of ~3.3 is clearly below the 3.8 admitted and 3.7 matriculating GPA.</p>
<p>being from CT probably does help you slightly in terms of geographical diversity but i’m not sure that’s enough to overcome being towards the bottom 25% in both the major statistical categories.</p>
<p>This week I found statistics for admitted students. Not all admitted students enroll. Keep in mind SC has premier art schools where the test scores do not carry the same weight, I am guessing, as majors such as engineering, pre-med, mathematics, sciences and accounting.</p>

<p>Most enrolled students came from California, 53%. Schools outside of CA sent 35%. Schools outside the U.S. enrolled 12%. Texas sent the most U.S. students after California, then Illinois and New York.</p>
<p>Most international students were from China, South Korea and Canada. Next were India and the United Kingdom.</p>
