Has anyone applied to Eastern Virginia Medical School’s Biomedical Sciences PhD program for fall admission and received an acceptance or rejection yet? The application deadline with completed materials was January 15-February 1st. It is almost April and I still haven’t heard anything back or seen anyone receive a decision letter…I know with the pandemic going on I should be patient but I really need to start figuring out what I am going to do once I graduate in May and EVMS is the main school I want to go to for this program.
you could always call teh dept to which you applied and politely inquire when they expect to start making decisions.
^Agreed with the above, but I’d also like to comment that it is possible for you to start planning for what you’ll do post-college without having a definitive answer from this school. Start preparing steps for your Plan B just in case, and start doing some preliminary research into what you’d have to do to live in the area of this medical school also just in case.
