Can anybody tell me how Eau Claire compares to Iowa State in terms of educational quality? I go to Iowa State but am thinking of transferring to Eau Claire or some other Wisconsin school because I am considering coming back to my home state of Wisconsin.
Also, does anyone know if any major Wisconsin universities have programs to entice residents who go to out of state schools to come back?
I have a nice story as I used to be a homeless panhandling alcoholic. But Ive turned my life around and am now a sophomore at Iowa State with a cummulative GPA of 3.75. Im not saying this to brag about my accomplishments. But I wonder if anyone out there knows if some Wisconsin university would have interest in my story and therefore would want to provide incentives for me to come to their school.
The only schools in Wisconsin I would consider are Eau Claire, La Crosse, or Madison. And Madison is pretty hard to get into so thats probably out of the question. Anyway anyone with any info please let me know. One final.thing. I asked about the Iowa State comparison to start this thread because I want to make sure that the educational quality I get at a Wisconsin school is on par with that of ISU. Thanks
