ECOES Program - Stevens Institute of Technology

Has anyone gone to the ECOES program before? How was it?

Is anyone going to the sessions this year? Which session?

RESPONSES APPRECIATED.

Well it looks like we both tried…and failed. I have heard nothing about this camp and it’s in 6 days. I’m not even sure what to bring. Whatever it’ll be fun.

If it makes you feel any better, no one’s responding to my JSA Princeton thread. Though I’ve found videos on utube that people who went made

All accepted students of ECOES 2010, were sent out an acceptance packet based on which session for which they applied. This included a “Preparing for your Arrival” guide. Items mentioned included when to arrive, attire, room and toiletry details, as well as laundry, religious and medical services that will be available during your stay.

With regard to attire, dress for class and campus is casual. However, participants will go off-campus twice for corporate visits where corporate attire is required. For the men, we suggest dress pants, dress shirt and tie, and for the women we suggest a dress or skirt/dress pants and blouse.
Both men and women must bring at least 1 pair of formal closed-toe shoes for these visits. Closed-toe shoes are also required for some of our academic labs. Participants also attend a semi-formal dinner dance on the last evening of the program.

For any additional questions, I would suggest contacting the director of the program via the information provided in your acceptance packet. For your convenience her phone number is 201-216-8076.
