Econ BA vs. Econ BSA

<p>I’m thinking about switching from a chem major to an econ major with a chem minor at nova. i am currently in the Coll. of A&S, where they offer a BA in econ. is it worth transferring to the business school for the BSA? what are the pros and cons/differences, if any to each degree? do prospective employers like the BSA or BA more?</p>

<p>Depends how good the business school is there. Example, At Maryland, Finance (business school) trumps the econ major (College of arts and sciences) even though ECON is much more quantatative simply due to recruiting/connections.</p>
