what are the future prospects of pursuing an Econ major from a LAC.Which Industries are the main employers?
The specific universities which I’m considering are:
Carelton,Bates,Grinnell,Colby,Davidson,Colgate U,</p>
<p>Secondly,
my future aims after completing my undergrad are to seek a masters immediately(or after a year’s break, will work after u-grad) and ultimately MBA.
Occupation-wise, My dream field is investment banking.
The go to is in a bank or the finance department of a MNC.</p>
<p>So which college major would be the best to reach those jobs,
and will econ from LAC work? like if I want to work after undergrad in say a bank, and Will it land me in masters from an ivy in finance.?</p>
<p>I really am confused about the under-grad major. some clarity would be really appreciated!</p>
