Econ students recruiting...

<p>Does anyone know if students majoring in Econ have access to the same recruiting as business students?</p>

<p>The reason I ask this is because as you may or may not know, a lot of schools do not include the econ major into their b-school. However econ students are recruited by the Big 4 and Bulge Brackets.</p>

<p>For example at UPenn, the econ degree is outside of the Wharton School of Business. So with a situation like this how are econ students recruitied?</p>

<p>Yeah I would have to agree with Sheed. There are certainly a lot of factors that determine the answer to your question. I would like to know how recruiting is for econ versus business at several top school as well. However, certainly it depends on the school.</p>
