<p>I have a low GPA and is considerably under 3.0. I would say 2.65 for relevant classes. I’ve been going through family circumstances. I don’t have a chance to even get into environmental economics. I don’t know what to do. Please offer your opinion on my situation.</p>
<p>Apply for Econ and explain your situation in the optional essay. I wasn’t aware that environ economics was even impacted.</p>

<p>Liquidus, I don’t think there is an optional essay? I talked to econ advisors in the offchance that you get below a 3.0 in prerequisites…and they said no essay, you are out. Which sucks. But hopefully, they will consider extenuating circumstances?</p>
