What jobs can an Economics major from say, UMich, expect? And how come economics isn’t associated with the business school but rather with the arts and sciences school?
<p>Economics is more a social science than it is related to business. However most research insitutions (like the UC’s) don’t have career-oriented majors, so students looking to prepare for accounting or business major in economics.</p>
