EC's (rising sophomore)

Hi, so I’m a rising sophomore and I plan on majoring in nursing in college. I would like to eventually pursue a career as a neonatal nurse. My dream college is UDel. Can you tell me if these EC’s are good enough since it’s very hard to get into the UDel’s nursing program.
Just a reminder these are how many years I plan on doing my EC’s since I am only a sophomore.
Indoor and outdoor track and field I did freshman year and plan on continuing for all 4 years of high school.
Girl Scouts (12 years by the time senior year ends)
Friends of Rachel club (3 years)
Mission trip to Philly 2 years, and D.C. Two years all in consecutive years
Mission trip to Ethiopia for 2 consecutive years
Amnesty international club member (4 years)
I also plan on getting a part time job during junior and senior year
Should I volunteer at a nearby hospital for sophomore through senior year? I feel like I should because it relates directly to my major but I don’t know.

I would try to gain more leadership positions within your school, however, you definitely have long-term and focused participation in EC’s. This is one of the most talked about topics on CC and truthfully, every college is different so one answer can’t really apply. However, as long as you do what you are passionate about and show a high level of commitment, you should be okay.
