EC's that give you a "boost"

<p>I read online (some college website) a while ago that Ivy’s value some EC’s above others. The specific EC mentioned was varsity cheerleading, furthermore being captain. Do you think that that applies to Penn at all? Or is it the same as all of the other EC’s? </p>

<p>And a second question, does anyone know anything about cheer at Penn?</p>
