<p>No. I imagine ED engineering into Penn or Dartmouth is easier. Unfortunately Penn and Dartmouth don’t break out their admissions for engineering, to say nothing of ED.</p>

<p>Of course, Cornell does offer one of the two best engineering programs in the League. Well above Penn and eons ahead of Dartmouth.</p>
