ED Admits Warned to Stay on Track

<p>The NY Times Education blog has an essay about admittance letters to ED candidates including strong warnings to avoid senior slump. The author’s daughter was admitted to Wesleyan:

<p>To those of you who were fortunate to be accepted to your ED school, what are you doing to keep yourself motivated for the rest of the year?</p>

<p>I wonder how much a grade has to drop. I will probably finish senior year with 3 A’s, 2 B+'s, and 1 B in AP Calc. Do you think this puts me in the danger zone?</p>

<p>I think you’ll be fine. Those are good grades. AP Calc is a tough subject, and a B is a respectable grade for a course like that.</p>
