My essays are pretty good, I guess. Chances? I’m so nervous about the result! THank you :)

26 on the ACT equates to a 1733 correct? My math is crappy, so that might be wrong. I would put BU as a slight reach.

What’s more concerning than the 26 is your class rank. I think you’ll be deferred.

COM has high admit standards - about 1400 on v & m SAT, whatever that is on the ACT, and 3.7 or more gpa. I didn’t see any AP’s.

BU is a large school and needs to admit a lot of people but COM sounds like a reach.

YOu never know. It looks like you are in the top 20% of your class and your GPA is about average for BU. Depending on the type of high school that may be OK. You could get into CGS if not regular BU. You have a shot so why not take it? Are you in an underepresented state?.
Are you referring to the current classes as being taken at a local college?

YOu never know since he is applying ED so chances are better. It looks like you are in the top 20% of your class and your GPA is about average for BU -I think. Depending on the type of high school that may be OK. You could get into CGS if not regular BU. You have a shot so why not take it? Did you already apply? Are you in an underepresented state?.
Are you saying your current classes are being taken at a local college?

I already applied. I’m in 11% of my class. Yeah, those are my current courses taking at community college and a four-year university. =)

Well that makes a big difference and tilts you more towards a great chance of getting in since most schools go for a high GPA over high test scores. (especially doing AP and college courses) Plus your ECS are interesting and it looks like you speak 3 languages.
What state?
Good luck and keep us posted.

Thank you, dogs. Whew, you sure make me feel better. Cleveland, Ohio
