GPA 3.8. ACT 35. I like sports, but a big program is not a must for me.
Trying to decide if I should apply ED, and if so, to what school. Thinking John’s Hopkins, Duke or Carnegie Mellon. Any thoughts? Other schools?

One issue with ED is that you do not get to compare multiple offers. This could matter if finances matter to you or to your family (which is true for most families).
A LOT of universities have very good biology programs, and very good premed programs. My impression is that most biology majors would be better off with some form of graduate school (master’s, PhD, MD, DVM, …). Therefore avoiding debt for undergrad and budgeting for more than four years might be a good idea.
So the University of Michigan for mathematics and statistics was a hypothetical scenario? Or have you changed direction since then?
