<p>Preppy, the Jan 28 date is absolutely too late for ED2. Everything is due at Wash U admissions by Jan 1, including, as far as I can tell, SAT scores. They send out the decisions on Jan 15 and yes it is binding, just like ED1.</p>
<p>I’d say you have to forget ED2 and apply RD, if you want to apply. The deadline is Jan 15. You also need to find out if Wash U will accept SAT scores from Jan 28 for RD. They may or may not. </p>

<p>It is right. It’s one of the fastest decisions of any university.</p>
<p>ED 2 is exactly like ED 1 except the cutoff day is Jan 1 and the Decision Day is Jan 15.</p>
