<p>It’s the first time I’ve been to these forums so bear with me here. </p>

<p>I’ve just completed a 2 page essay, or “reading response”, to Joseph Conrad’s Hear of Darkness. It’s for a Comparative Literature course: Elements of Narrative Fiction. </p>

<p>When I wrote the essay, my prof told our class to keep in mind the methods, style or technique the author in question, in this case Conrad, used to write his/her plot, characterizations and language. </p>

<p>In short, anyone want to look through mine?</p>
