My son likes study Aeronautical Management Technology (Professional Flight), BS and maybe swim in College or University. Are there colleges/universities - D1, DII or DIII with both degree (Professional Flight, BS) and Swimming Team. Thank in advance.
Purdue has the major and has a competitive swim team. They also have a club team if your student isn’t at the D1 level.
What year in high school is your son?
Has he discussed college swimming with his current swim team coach? Start there!

Purdue is an excellent suggestion. I’m guessing that the varsity program is too fast for OP (they are a tip D1 program), but their club is I believe ranked #1 and very robust. An excellent alternative, and often a better choice for an Aerospace Eng major.
It would be helpful to know your swimmer graduation year and level. It’s hard to give advice without that information.
why not look at different schools with the major?
Not sure they all have the exact - but if you look at top aviation schools, see if they have the specific major and then you can check for swim teams:
