Edward A. Harang Scholarship

<p>I got a letter saying that I have received the Edward A. Harang Scholarship from the University of Michigan. It says that it is newly established and that it is awarded to a select group of non residential students who have distinguished themselves through their outstanding academic performance and achievements.</p>

<p>It is only $1,000 per year. My question is: is this the only scholarship I will be receiving from Umich, or could I still get others? Also, does this particular scholarship award different values of money for different people, or does it just give everyone 1k a year?</p>

<p>Have any OOS Engineering prospects received this award? If so could you please post some stats including whether or not you are a NMF. Just looking for the common thread here.
