<p>I’m 30 yrs holding Ba of commerce from Egypt work In field of IT and specifically oracle DB, I’d like to repeat the university round but seriously this time 
and want to study Electrical/Electronic engineering in one of UC universities especially Berkley, UCLA UCSB which based on what I found can be counted among the best universities in this field in CA. The reason I prefer California is the quality, diversity of institutions and the high number of international students.
My purpose from this thread is to get your suggestions/opinions.</p>
<p>I’m thinking of Joining CC for 2 yrs which will help me with cost and university requirement which I dont satisfy now.
Till now the best CC’s can help me this path is the following ordered
- Santa Rosa J C
- santa monica
- Foothil
- Mt. San Antonio</p>
<p>The order here refers to which once have the similar courses like the offered in 1st, 2nd yrs in college so minimal additional course needed to be taken in order to transfer in 3rd year in college, I understand this can also affected by other factors like my GPA and others.
What disappointed me that I do not find dedicated program for EE in DeAnze, Diablo which both know with high transfers to Berkley.</p>
<p>What I’d be thankful very much is:
- Please correct me if you see anything wrong on my plan
- Kindly share with me any positive/negative experience about any of the above mentioned institutions for EE.</p>
