<p>I’m interested in getting a masters degree in EECS from MIT after getting my B.A. in physics from Columbia. Does anyone know acceptance rates to top EECS masters programs? Thanks.</p>
<p>In 2005, the MIT EECS master’s program planned to admit 160 of 2495 applicants (6%; [source](<a href=“http://www-tech.mit.edu/V125/N4/4gradapps.4n.html]source[/url]”>http://www-tech.mit.edu/V125/N4/4gradapps.4n.html)</a>). I can’t find a similar story from this year, but there is a story that says the number of applications in 2006 was similar to the number in 2005 ([here](<a href=“http://www-tech.mit.edu/V126/N10/10gradapps.html]here[/url]”>http://www-tech.mit.edu/V126/N10/10gradapps.html)</a>).</p>
