I currently am being denied a cal grant for a CSU due to my EFC being too high, the problem is my EFC does’t really reflect
my financial status, EFC is 8000 and limit for CSU is 5000. Last year I made 18k from my pt job and my dad made about 50k family of 5 -3 college students, next semester I will not have a job- meaning that the 8k EFC will no longer be accurate. To add to this, I am also a dream act student , so no federal loans as option. Any help on how to go around this situation???- Thank
