Effect of current financial situation on international admissions

<p>Hi everyone.</p>

<p>I was wondering if what effect the current financial situation in the US would have on international student admissions for Fall 2009 in Biomed PhDs. </p>

<p>Where does it make sense to apply… private or public universities? </p>

<p>Any suggestions for Univs with enough funding to not have been impacted majorly by the present market situation… </p>

<p>Private universities generally have larger endowments and are often able to fund more international graduate students, credit crisis or no.</p>
