Effective way to raise ACT score?

So I recived my scores back today and they are what follows:

Composite: 25
English: 22
Math: 31
Reading: 24
Science: 24
Writing: 8/12

This was the first time that I took it, and I was kind of disappointed (shooting for at least a 27). I am a good student (3.9 UW GPA) and I’m also in mostly AP and honors classes, but I seem to struggle and have anxiety during standardized tests. Since I didn’t do much prep for this test, I now want to work on studying for the next test in April. I have the red official book, but I’m sort of lost on how to study for it… Should i do a section every night? Or should I work on some of each section? How could I build better stamina and time management skills (killed me last time)? And could you share how you studied for it?

I’m planning on majoring in Mechanical Engineering at San Diego state or cal poly pomona, but of course I’m worried that I won’t be able to raise my score.

Thanks in advance!

get princeton review and barrons if youre up to it (i heard barrons is a little off tho)
what i do is i just do a whole test once a week up to 3 times a week depending how close the test is. The week before the test I did three full diags and did the sections that were my weak points (Science). Try doing a diag very weekend or so and do those practice probs in the front of the book throughout the week. Working through a whole test with small breaks increases your stamina.
