<p>I’m a bit confused about what those two things are. I know one’s like the top 4 percent of your school and another the 12.5 percent of the state (?) I checked the UC website and it said, they both secure you a place at one of the UC’s (expect like UCLA or UCB). How do you qualify for the statewide egibility?</p>
