<p>If you were identified as an ELC local context student then you will be automatically accepted to UCSB. I just found that out on the website…so that means my daughter must be in…Thank goodness she knows one of the schools will accept her!</p>
<p>97.8 percent of students who were ELC got accepted in 2006.</p>

<p>the other 2.2 percent probably got F’s or didnt finish their a-g stuff or something</p>
<p>Ya I was ELC, and UCSB was my number one school, so I found out like beginning of senior year I was in. All I can say is that greatly reduced the stress that comes with waiting for college admissions.</p>
