is it true that ELC program is discontinued starting this year?
ELC eligibility information is posted on the 2016-2017 UC application so I would assume the program is still in effect.
This was an announcement today by our College Counselor
Maybe the counselor has an inside scoop but usually Ms Sun’s UC website is the most up to date and I see nothing posted yet. If it is true, I am not too surprised considering how competitive the UC’s have become.
