Electives included in GPA?

The magnet program I’m in decides your electives for you. One of them is an AP class (AP Gov. and Politics), but the other two are simply electives taken with honors credit (a speech class and a law class) Do these count towards my UW and W GPA?

When colleges recalculate your GPA, most will strip out non-academic classes like PE and sometimes music. If your electives are AP Classes, they will be included (and weighted) with your GPA.

Overall, having APs as elective classes is great for your GPA.
