I am 28, engaged and have an 11 month old son. I have a great support system now and I am about to go back and finish my degree. I’m leaning more towards Computer Engineering. Electrical Engineering is a lesser possibility. Working retail most my life to pay the bills my question is what kind of job can i realistically expect to move into with my new degree once I finish? Where would I be looking for the best chance at getting into a great company? Any down to earth insight would be appreciated. Googling can only answer so much, first hand experience goes a lot further. Thanks ahead of time.
