Electrical Engineering: which is better FIU or USC

I’m considering tranfer to one of these colleges FIU (Florida International University) or USC (University of South Carolina).
My question is which of these universities is better at electrical engineering/biomedical engineering?
I think that USC is better ranked than FIU in general terms.</p>
