Electronic keyboard recommendation?

<p>My nephew (recent HS grad) started piano lessons this past year at his boarding school, and my sister (who does not own a piano) is looking to buy a decent keyboard for him that he could practice on over the sumer and possibly take with him to college.</p>

<p>Nephew is not a a potential music major but he does play several instruments–he seems to add a new one every few years and has stuck with all of them (played sax in a school band and probably will do that in college too; plays guitar with church group) so he is a fairly serious amateur musician.</p>
