Hello! I came here to check for a thread for the EWSP applicants for this year, and I didn’t see one. I know the waiting feels interminable to me, so I thought getting updates from other applicants would be helpful. Anybody hanging out here who is in the same boat?

Maybe nobody applied this year except for me. My chances would be significantly improved LOL.

Hi! I also applied to the EWSP for Fall 2026! Have you heard anything back yet?
Me too. Waiting for standout interview & AO interview emails. But on reddit someone says he already got AO interview invitation because he is a vet and might be forced to stay in the army at any time. So I think if you are not a vet, they probably would send the AO interview emails in early April, same as last year.

Hey y’all - fellow EWSP applicant here! Already admitted to Columbia GS but am kinda hoping I get this or Princeton since the aid is much better. Looking forward to staying in touch throughout the very tense next two months haha.
Nope, I have not. I despise waiting with every fiber of my being.
OMG don’t say 2 months. It is 1.75 months, tops. 
Most people got AO interview yesterday April 4th. Anyone here? Does anyone heard of second wave or interviews being conducted in two waves?
Yeah some people got just yesterday
I did not get one 
but I am hearing some buzz on Reddit about the potential for a second wave. It looks to me that most of the people who were invited on the 4th were vets, so maybe the non-vet applicants receive an interview request later?

I received a rejection letter today. I am absolutely shocked 
much like many of us will be. But I am also still quite optimistic! I just keep saying to myself, this is a dream…I did not just read a denial letter from Yale!!! Wow!
Update: I Received an interview invitation on Friday at 12pm!

Decisions for EWSP come out May 8th! (this is what the AO who interviewed me said)
