<p>I’m an international student so I don’t know much about any of this university stuff in the states. I have a couple of questions regarding financial aid.
Firstly, my parents are separated. Neither have remarried and they have joint custody of my brother and I. My Dad pays child support to my mum. When filling out forms and stuff, do I include the financial information of BOTH parents or just one? </p>
<p>Secondly, my parents earn about the same income. Which is about US$40,000 (each) and US$28,000 after tax. Based on this figure would you think I would be eligible for financial aid?</p>
<p>And thirdly, my mum may be remarrying next year. If she does before I apply for college, would I include my new step fathers financial information too or just my mums?</p>
