Elise Boulding, Peace Scholar & Umich Grad, Dies at 89

<p>I thought this was an interesting article in the Nytimes about Elise Boulding. She got here PhD from Umich in 1969. She founded the first Peace studies program while at Prof and Dartmouth.</p>
