Elks MVS Exhibit Question

This is what their website says:

"Q: What kinds of exhibits should I include with my application?
A: Exhibits should emphasize your achievements in scholarship, leadership, athletics, dramatics, community service, etc. Examples of exhibits include, but are not limited to:

•Newspaper Articles in which you are featured.
•Certificates of Achievement in academics, music, drama, sports, service, etc.
•Copies of Awards
Do not submit original documents, as your application will not be returned to you."

That’s pretty open ended in my opinion. Are there any things that should be avoided?
I plan to include playbills from shows I’ve been in, copies of awards/certificats, a letter of recommendation, some newspaper articals.
Should I also include photographs/copies of some of the artwork I’ve done over the last four years? I think that qualifies under my achievements, but I’m not sure if that’s what they’re looking for.
