<p>I’d say go Elliott. Can’t beat the DC location for making connections, plus if anything Elliott is also cheaper.</p>
<p>I won an automatic scholarship from GSIS–$10K/year. That’s what’s making this decision harder… And Denver is definitely a cheaper place to live. I live in DC now. Anyone else in this position?</p>
<p>Well work it out financially. Even so, Elliott might be cheaper, though the cost of living difference might make up for it.</p>
<p>I would go with Elliot for the DC connections.</p>
