<p>Has anyone taken the exam for EM credit for Psych 100? If so, how hard was it? Do you need the text to study from, or just the Psych 100 exam notes you can buy from the bookstore? Thanks.</p>

<p>I’m not sure about the Psych exam, but I’ve heard from other people that the Biology and Marketing exams are pretty much straight off of bullet points. I’ve seen people cry after trying to take the Chem EM, so… it could be pretty difficult.</p>
<p>Thanks. I’m pretty sure my kiddo would do fine if he decides to take it but I’d rather not have him buy the text if he doesn’t need to. His sis has her leftover intro psych book but it’s not the one OSU uses.</p>
<p>You could probably just buy the old edition off of Amazon. For most intro level classes, the content in the text books don’t change much edition to edition and the the old edition (usually like 2-3 years old) sells for like <$10.</p>
<p>Thanks. I’m going to suggest getting an old version to him unless a pal will lend him the book for a few weeks. The test is cheaper than a AP test and since it would fulfill one of his gen ed requirements, it seems worth it to try.</p>
<p>CLEP is also an option, and OSU honors those as well.</p>
