Email talking about viewing your decision online...

I got mine the 19th. Email starts with “ca”, live in Jersey and name starts with “S”.

I have just received the e-mail(International). I don’t think it means anything. From the text, it looks rather generic and I think everyone will receive it in due course. What’s rather baffling is why they did not just send them all at once? Any ideas?

Maybe their system can only handle 5000 emails sorted at a time.

I received it …

If another midwesterner got theirs today, hopefully I’ll get mine soon!

as for my email, it begins with a p. So who knows?

I just got mine this morning…finally.

My son got his at 2 PM today. We are in the Midwest. his email begins with a t

Who else received it on the 19th (presumably day one) that tehse were sent out?

I too am in the Midwest with an email beginning with s.

so I officially don’t buy the alphabetical thing anymore.

I got mine today (international.) It seems that most internationals got their email today, so probably it either depends on the region or on the admission officer.

i got mine march 19th. i go to school down the street from princeton haha… maybe thats why i got mine sort of early?

This is my grand unified theory. They were sent in two main batches.

The first was for domestic applicants, starting on the 19th. It seems only a small number received it right away, with the rest receiving it throughout with similar frequencies. Since this is clearly not alphabetical, nor is it regional, this may be related to each admission officer. Possibly, it could indicate acceptance, but I highly doubt it because that would either be first or the last batch.

Then, the international ones were sent out (it seems today or so) and there probably aren’t many international applicants, so they’ve probably all been received at once.

edit: Apprently some came in on the 18th.

Hi tintin, some people got it on the 18th.
