EMERGENCY: My teacher has some questions

<p>Help! My teacher has never filled the common app for any students. He has a problem about the evaluation.

  1. If the evaluation is done in the text box, should it be in a formal letter format? (Starting with: To Whom it May Concern)
  2. The the evaluation is done by attaching a file, should it e in a formal letter format? (same as above).
    Or should both or one of them be written like an essay?

<p>Your teacher should probably contact your counselor, who will have much more experience with this sort of thing. I don’t think there are any teachers on here (although I could be wrong!).</p>
