have any current brown students actually seen Emma watson on campus? I cannot even imagine…heck if I were a student there I’d have my camera with me all the time, constantly on the lookout for her LOL (I’m a huge hp fan…maybe she could get me a hogwarts uniform!)
too bad I dont want to go to brown…

yea she was at a party on wednesday, off campus and I talked to her and she seemed really cool.

My friend who goes to Brown sees her often. He says it is not a big deal and she’s normal, though she hangs out with mainly International Students from England. She’s a normal student, with a roommate and classes to attend.

lol thanks jackbenimble

Whyyyyy do so many people CARE?! I mean, I’m a HUGE HP fan, I’ve read each of the books at least 15 times (quite literally), and I have a bunch of HP stuff in my room. But honestly…she’s not actually Hermione. She’s just a kid, like any of us, except she’s got more on her resume. I respect her, but I don’t worship her.

^I don’t worship her either. however, I do think it would be extremely cool to go to school with her. like most Americans, I have a superficial desire to see celebs. sue me

Whatever, she’s out there all the time like any other Brown student. Brown’s not that big, and if your eyes are open to see someone you’ll notice them all the time.

Lol nice username :)

^hahah thanks

My friend goes to Brown, and she said that she met Emma the other day at a coffee shop; my friend helped her practice her lines for a play, assisting with her American accent!!!

Sure, I’ve seen her now and then. But really, it’s not that big a deal. She has a life here, just like the rest of us. I haven’t met anyone here who stalks her obsessively, and trust me, I’ve met my fair share of HP fans. Early on, there was some speculation about when we’d run into her, but now no one cares.

It’s actually a little annoying when, after finding out you go to Brown, people follow up with a “HAVE YOU MET EMMA WATSON!?” type comment. Emma’s here, and I’m sure she’s cool. But this school is much more than one particular student.

Hahaha, Ivy.

I accidentally met her during the first night of my overnight, and she was really cool. Once I returned to school, those who knew where I had been the night before kept questioning me about my encounter with her, and it got really annoying. She’s a real person, believe it or not, and assumes that role once she steps off the big screen (pardon the pun).

Does anyone know what her concentration is in? I would assume English/Theatre…

What play is Emma in? Is it through the theater dept?

I danced next to her at a party once, and I came across her plenty of times on campus. She blends in nicely, as she is simply normal like everyone else. Though I think it’d be nice to actually strike a conversation with her. I know people who’ve had interactions with her and they all said she seemed really nice and cool.

Comp. Lit., I think. I remember seeing an interview a year or so ago in which she mentioned that she was going to go to school for Literature. Although, at the rate that Brown students change their concentrations, it could very well be something else now ;)

When I saw her on Letterman she said that she wanted a liberal arts degree. I didn’t think she was interested in theater since she’s acted most of her life. Anybody have info on this play?

^clever name for a creepy stalker

Hahahah, don’t hold back! ;)
