<p>I’ve been trying to reach Emma Willard to schedule a phone interview. So far I’ve sent 2 emails, but neither of them have been replied (sent them over almost 2 weeks ago) so I got up early today (west coast) to call them, but none have been picked up (called three times)… I’m hyperventilating now should I continue trying to call, send another email, or is there something else I could do to schedule an interview???</p>
<p>They are having some terrible weather so there may be staffing issues. The deadline is still two weeks away. Look at the admissions staff on the web and call some one, or more than one, directly. And may I recommend Skype for the interview? We’ve done both phone and Skype and believe Skype is better.</p>

for another school I’m applying to they only have phone interviews, not skype, and I’m kinda worried- not too good with talking on the phone… any tips?</p>
<p>I would keep calling several #s every hr. until I got a live person on the other end. I had to do that for one of my schools. The AO is very busy so I didn’t leave a message and sit by the phone, I just kept calling people until I finally got transferred to someone who could help me.</p>
<p>EWS did Skype interviews last year, but I don’t know about other schools.</p>

<p>Don’t know about Emma Willard, but the schools we’ve dealt with do Skype interviews during regular interview hours only.</p>
<p>As for your other concerns, by the time you’ve done Post #4 above, you should be all ready for Post #3 above! :)</p>
<p>@aurelie: you could schedule from 5:00 a.m. PST (8:00 EST) on — before you go to school. This is what we did.</p>
<p>OK thanks! I hope I’ll be ready though for the phone interviews I’m really not that great at phone conversations… much less at 5 in the morning but I’ll do it if they can’t schedule weekends or anything.</p>
<p>Also, do they have parent interviews via skype/phone also? So right after I do my phone interview, for example, would they have the parent get on the phone next?</p>
<p>@aurelie: We have only ever had one formal parent interview (out of four) and that was f2f.</p>
