<p>Emory told me that I didn’t even come close to qualifying for aid, even without the scholarship I had there…I thought it was strange, especially when I was getting some money from other colleges</p>
<p>I really doubt that is the final finaid package. My EFC was only $1500 or so more than collegeboard.com’s estimate, and I got around $32,000 just in grant money from EDI’s estimates. Emory meets 100% need, so I’d give in a few weeks or call the finaid office to ask. (Don’t email, apparently they refuse to ever reply to any of my emails months later.)</p>
<p>how often do they update opus??? i mean could you still get a letter today and it not be in opus or should it be in opus before the letter arrives</p>

<p>I got the acceptance letter today, I’ve already read the email notification yesterday though so it wasn’t a surprise.

<li><p>You will receive an e-mail when your decision is ready on OPUS; I think the ED people will confirm that they received an e-mail the night before the decisions came out…you don’t have to keep reloading OPUS…</p></li>
<li><p>The people invited to “essence of Emory” received an e-mail at 6:00 on Friday (March 21st) the decisions were released on Sat, @ 8:00…(March 22nd).</p></li>
<li><h1>2 would lead me to believe that Emory will release RD decisions either this Sat. or Sun @ 8:00 am…I highly doubt they will release on a weekday; they do not want to be in their offices on the day decisions are released (they haven’t been for the last 4 years)</h1></li>

<p>Dunno. They sent me an (no, wait, two) e-mails on Feb 26th and March 10th stating: “Thanks for applying to Emory University. There are many great institutions to choose among during your academic search, and we’re excited you have selected our school. We are in the process of reviewing all applications and will post decisions by April 1. In the meantime, we’d like to share more information about what’s happening on campus.”</p>
<p>With the title of “College admission decisions TBA April 1.” So I took it to mean…they were posting it on April 1. I’m sure they’ll send another e-mail ahead of time, so no worries.</p>

<p>I don’t even remember Emory emailing me. And they didn’t even answer my question I asked more than a week ago through OPUS.</p>
<p>Maybe Taggart is accepted… I got an email from NYU a week before getting admitted about the majors, etc. But then again I got a “Northwestern Update” regularly … I was waitlisted.</p>
<p>There’s only 3 days left, its bearable.</p>

I’m pretty sure they send it to everyone.</p>
