I wonder whether this is because, per their website, to be considered for the Scholars program one needs to have applied early (by 11/15). So if a strong applicant was not a candidate for the Scholars program in virtue of applying later, perhaps they might still receive an early admissions letter as a recruitment tool.

I was wondering if anyone else had this happen to them. I didn’t apply as a vocal major but my ECs include a lot of solo and choral singing. I received an email from the department of music in November or December asking me to submit a supplemental vocal audition which I did. Were any of y’all also contacted about this and if so did you submit something?

@9ptempel1 They were released on 3/20 last year. I would guess they will be released on 3/18 or 3/25 at the latest.

I got an email about a week ago that the financial aid office had received my application. I submitted my aid stuff waay before that. Did everyone receive the email this late?
Has anyone received an email regarding when RD results are going to be released?
Nope, I asked and was told by the end of this month.
My DD called the admissions office and spoke to an assistant. She was told the earliest that decisions would be released is a week before the posted date of 4/1, so around March 25. I have no idea if this is accurate.
